Annual enrollment, as well as changes in your employee population, creates changes in your company's invoice. Each carrier used to create your employee benefits package needs to be contacted with the new information. This requires verification of sold and billed rates as well as census verification after each enrollment period. Today's administrators are busy with many different duties. Often this person is not the same individual who created the benefits package and may not be aware of the billing changes.

Our Client Advocate Group works with all areas of your company to ensure proper billing is maintained, discrepancies are resolved and proper payroll deductions are made. In addition, we work with the individual within your company that you designate to utilize the on-line capabilities of the carrier(s) selected to provide your employee benefits package to allow employee enrollment and terminations to be made with the least amount of effort. If you elect not to use our on-line enrollment services, we will provide new employee and open enrollment packets containing all of the information and applications that an employee needs to understand your employee benefit package and are available to answer their questions, whether on-line or paper applications are used.
